The 2020 NDBPA State Scratch Team event was held this past weekend at Buffalo Lanes in Jamestown, ND. Originally scheduled in early December, the tournament was moved to January due to the ongoing pandemic.
10 teams made the trip to Jamestown where each team would bowl 12 games total across the 20 lane center. On Saturday, IDK Bar & Grill (Justin Schiffler, Josh Kragh, Jamey Kragh, Blake Wallstrum) jumped out in front and never looked back. Led by a 2583 (215.25 ave) effort from Josh Kragh, IDK Bar & Grill put up scores of 5024 (837.33 ave) on Saturday and 5062 (843.66 ave) on Sunday. IDK Bar & Grill placed 3 bowlers inside the top 10 individually and was the only team to top 5000 pins on either day of competition.

On the singles side, Ryan Holzworth lead the way with a 2709 performance (225.75 ave). Ryan turned in scores of 1395 on Saturday and 1314 on Sunday to finish more than 110 pins higher than anyone else in the field. Nice bowling, Ryan!
